Just need to see what these are like before i buy one.
Have read a few mixed reviews saying that it lets rain in with heavy downpours and grit gets through an things. the cover i have now does that so thats why im after a new one. Any recommendations for a good outside cover ?? Cheers |

Liz has got one, its a very good cover except for, if the inner lining touches the ground or is exposed to rain, it soaks up water like a sponge and it takes ages to dry it out again. I left my GSXR and SV under it a few times and my bike was always dry no matter how hard it had rained.
If you're careful when you put it on the bike though you should be able to avoid it touching the ground and turning into a sponge.

yeah got one myself, never had a problem with water coming though or anything else, after a year outside it's got abit of green stuff o it, but I'm sure a wash down would get that off, perhaps a bit heavy, but well made, the lining is OK on hot "ish" bits and loads of anchor points, expensive I'll grant you, but should last a long time.
Cheers Mark.

Good cover, never got wet, and was warned of the soaking issue prior to using it so not done that yet!

I've got one and have been very impressed with it.
+1 with the bungees around the middle though, helps keep it down in the wind. |

I have one, I've used it once, in my garage to keep dust/dirt off when storing the bike. I use my £15 Argos one instead for parking outside because it's:
-So cheap I don't worry about some scrote stealing it. -Visible enough that cagers won't drive into the "empty" parking space my bike's in. -Fine even on very hot bits. - Small enough to shove in a small tank bag to take with me when I'm staying away on the bike. |
