Default Getting leathers enlarged?

Ive got some alpinestars bat jeans leathers. However they are really snug when Ive got my back protector on (I bought them a while before getting a back protector which was a bit stupid..!).

Is it possible to get them enlarged a few inches on the waist? Anyone had this done? Is it worth it or am I better off buying a new pair? Also..anyone know of any places in London where I could get them done? Im guessing they need to be enlarged by a motorcycle clothing specalists due to the nature of stitching prooperly etc..

Ta!

if they don't zip together, let the back protector poke outside the trousers

TBH Maria, they WILL stretch out a bit.

Wear them around the house WITH your back protector for a few days, see if it makes any difference.

There's a leather tailor in Hackney that I refer many of my customers to, but I don't have his contact number until I'm back in the shop on Tuesday.

Assuming I remember, I'll post it here.

My jacket zips to the trousers so I cant do that Ive also tried squashing the back protector inside my jacket (in the compartment bit) but that didnt work either

I think they have stretched to their maximum, Ive worn the leathers for just over a year now with the back protector. But the final straw was last week, they were just TOO tight. I think Ive put on a bit of weight

there's a much cheaper, easier and quicker way to fix this maria...

You will need:

- a packet of hobnobs
- 8 cans of carlsberg export
- a multipack of quavers
- a kebab
- a kebab flavoured pot noodle
- carrot cake
- a pizza (can be eaten hot or cold)
- a portion of Tira mi su
- a really comfy chair
- a stack of dvds....

just gobble all the food in some kind of logical order, then take your time with the dvds - the only catch is you have to wear the trousers while you're eating otherwise it doesn't work for some reason
