How to do a Screen Grab from BBC iPlayer?
I was on the telly! (again) As part of the build up to the Grand Slam special, my brother, mate Richard and me were shown. As Richard is Irish, I'd like to be able to capture a still from the program for him to keep for posterity.
So anyone know how to do this? Can I request one from BBC?
