Gladius Oil Cooler
Following on from Current News - one advantage of using the water system to cool the oil is that before that happens it WARMS it!
For the first few minutes the water heats faster than the oil & the increase in temperature at this stage helps the oil to flow easier & get where it's most needed.

Or have they started using 50w mineral oil in the gladys?
