Default sighbeans

Right well dont know if you lot will remember but i made a post saying i had an accident on the way to work back in september. Well found out today my insurance company have ****ed up my claim by paying out for the ladys claim against me. So now im left with a bike that i cant use which needs forks + tank + front wheel + need of a new front tyre + new indicatiors + new handlebars so what would i expect if i sold it for parts / scrap? :/

Try contact a brief before flogging it, I presume it was her fault...

So have you been credited with the fault then?
I wouldnt settle for that (unless it was your fault) They may just say that to see if you accept it and walk away. Hense no payout, I''d contest it tbh mate. Give them a call ask to speak to supervisors and so on the higher you can go the more free stuff/honest help you usually get.

well i was only 3rd party insured so apparently all my insurance company care about is the damage i caused to her and have just paid it so the solicitor has dropped it due to the fact that they have essentially accepted blame. Well this is what i was told today on the phone

They've just decided you're at fault? I'd be crowing like f##k about that!

What were the circumstances of the crash?

WHAT!!!

I'd be telling them to expect a vets bill cause i'm having kittens!!!

If it wasn't your fault it doesn't matter **** if you're only TPFT, it'll be hell trying to get them to fight for you now, i'd be getting an accident management company on the case, if they've accepted liability without your permission something has to be wrong doesn't it?

As far as I'm aware you need to tell them that it was your fault and to go ahead. Ring up and ask for proof of you admitting fault.
