effing trains!!!!!

right I'm just on the train just now coming home fro. town, mr ticket man has just come up and asked to see my ticket. my ticket is for a station equal distance away from town to my original station. but he says oh that's not going tithe right station! I need to see the cost of ticket from station a ( original station) to station b (new station that mate is picking me up at) he just asked for $4!!! now that's the same as my original return journey ticket. so I give him the cash and asked for a ticket and he says ah it's cool we'll call it $2. what a thieving bandit, he could have just asked for 2 quid, or just bloody let me off!!!!

rant over, I think I need my bed!

If you've paid money, but not had a ticket, you've been had.

Insist on some sort of receipt for payment at the very least.

seems we have both have had eventful evenings although mine didn't cost me anything

it's all better now I'm back in the sober light of day. but the ticket guy said I had to pay an extra £4 due to not going to the correct station (even tho it's the same distance from the original one!) when I said to him your having a laugh, he goes ok just give me £2! oh and I never got a ticket. I wasdrunk tho and couldn't be bothered argueing or he would have made me pay the full £4 and printed me tickets
