the parking lot at my school is shell and stone. put my foot down today and it slid so i dropped the bike. Those with flush mount indicators, what brand do you use? and frame sliders to prevent silly damage, which ones do you use?
I'm just so full of annoying questions.... Tristan |

Motosliders have had good things said about them - & they're in the US.
Hope there weren't too many witnesses..... |

I believe Moto-Sliders are usually the recommended ones - and as they are made in the US (we brits have to import them) should be cheaper than using the more readily available over-here R&Gs

As I say, flush-mounts will work, but they have a rather narrow field of visibility - and I personally have a set of flush mounts sitting on a shelf that I bought, fitted and then removed before I even took the bike out on the road. I have something similar to these on my SV - they still stick out, but not as far as the standard ones. http://www.hein-gericke.co.uk/shop/p...oducts_id/6480

You can get Motosliders direct from svrider.com i think, Blair has a thread there somewhere. O.O They ain't the prettiest but they're tried and tested. Those Vortex ones look good but i dunno if they do the job?
Rear indies are important because ****s like to... **** you up the rear. |
