here's one forum post. you need to wire the relay direct to the battery and use the horn switch across the relay to activate it.

I put the horn in my bellypan and the relay down beside the airbox. The compressor is in front of the airbox!

Yep, that'll be ideal. get some insulated spade ends to make the connection to the relay.

Maplins should have them.

I fed a wire off my stebl to the fairing backet for the earth.

Just a thought... The Stebel will kill that 5A fuse. Your horn won't work for long if you use a 5A fuse.

I think the stebel is rated at 20A, but double check this.

+1 Mine ate the 5A straight away, but I replaced it with a 7.5A and that's still fine

Right ok thanks alot. Quick question: would the alarm be ok under the seat? as in would you be able to hear it as well? fits nicely under there with a little bracket that as if by magic is in a perfect position. Also is it ok to have the unit laying on its side (horn outlets facing downwards or towards the sky? as i think i saw something about it having to be upright or 15% out?

Dunno, as I haven't got an alarm. But if it fits, then why not
