hey all, i am just starting to get back on the road after my bike accident in which the beloved SV K6 was written off...
bike photos (3).jpg bike photos (6).jpg but alas she is rising again, starting to buy everything off ebay, including a GSXR front end conversion which ive heard good things about. I wonder if anyone has fitted LSL bars onto their SV, bearing in mind the top yoke will be for the GSXR or could i get just the bars and risers? Any help appreciated |

That's a fair amount of damage to the car, well done.
Are you sure frame is OK? It will almost certainly need new head bearings. You can either get some LSL clip ons for the GSXR sizes, or drill the top yoke and bolt/weld some risers on. Up to you really. Bolting risers on is a lot cheaper than clip ons, you might need some longer cables though.

thanks, the frame is fine unbelievably, i hit that car head on when he cut the corner with my mate on the back of me, all i had was a swollen leg but my mate had a broken elbow... still not bad. ive got around 2200 to play with because the insurance just paid for the bike, although i think it was worth ten times more, are their any decent breakers that you know of?
