Default Lean rear cylinder

I have a 02 minitwin track bike ,it has BMC filter ,full akro system and dyna jet kit ,I changed the plugs to iridium and found it was running rough in the lower revs ,I removed the tank spacers and it improved a bit but I have just removed the plugs and found the rear plug is white and the front normal,I think it may be a rear blocked main jet as the bike was stood for two years after my brother had a bad crash at snett,I used it at Llandow and it was ok but after changing the plugs I did pembrey and the troubles started ?.
