Default New to biking and SV's

HI just thought i'd introduce myself before I start asking all sorts of probably daft questions in the future. I'm Rob just passed my test and got a 52 plate SV650 and just my luck i got a day and a half riding out of it and now its ****ing down and i'm sat wondering when i can get back out on it and really start learning to ride!!Attachment 4433

One little thing i was wondering if anyone could tell me is where should i secure the bungees for my tank bag, the only point i can see is putting them around the frame

Don't use bungee cords. Get a magnetic tank bag

Oh & hello

Don't be afraid of the rain, you're SV won't melt, it'll just get rusty

Learing to ride in the wet is a skill you can only learn from experience, the more you do the more confident you'll get.

Got a magnetic tank bag but was thinking about using a couple of bungees for extra security, not bothered about riding in the rain just the monsoon that we had earlier
