Has this mod been done? I have looked at the diameter of the forks on my CBR600 steel frame & they are 41mm, the same as the SV.
I'm just wondering, seeing as I'm breaking the CBR, whether to do the transplant & have adjustable forks on the SV (& be slightly different) ![]()

I thought about a ZX6R F model for the same reason (41mm telescopic cartridge forks). The fact that the diameter is important to you suggests you're going to use the SV yokes. These may well be spaced differently to the CBR yokes (fork centre to fork centre) meaning the CBR axel may be the wrong lenth, and the wheel spacers may be wrong. have a measure up.
