Tax disc lost in Sturminster Newton :( - SV650.org

Read the small print guys, thats what I learnt today

When you apply for Tax online you have to have the whole V5 book in your name, sat on the desk in front of you.

Mine wasn't and the tax has been sent to a chap in Sturminster Newton. I just wrote a letter to him explaining the situation.

I go on holiday on sunday. It could make things a bit interesting as I'm slightly worried he's gonna think I'm trying to pull a fast one!

I guess i just have to hope he's kept it safe for me. Im going to send him a SaE, just to make his life easier.

I did ask if he was on the org. tho!

Bummed.

Just get him to post it to you

That's what I did. Why would he think you're pulling a fast one? Have you just bought the bike?

just ride up there and explain the situation he will understand and be able to hand you the tax disc if you got it directly from him he will remember you buying the bike
