Anybody here know anything about this company?

Based in the Bristol area (Compton Martin). Placed an order with them about four weeks ago which has not arrived. I seem unable to elicit a response from them in the form phone/email/reply to general enquiry which is slightly concerning.

Next step is of course 'The Letter'. Just thought I'd ask around for info before I took that step?

Problem solved. Realgames are a distributor for a parent company. Because of the apparent alleged incompetence of realgames (such as not processing orders, not responding to telephone calls etc) the parent company are severing their ties with Realgames whose website appears to be still active. The parent company will be supplying me my goods at the original price and withing the next two weeks...which is jolly nice!
