Default Today was a good day!

I got my SV back in August last year and ever since i've been battling with back problems and not been able to ride much at all. I've been working really hard under my docs advice on exercises to build the strength in my back for months and it hadn't seemed to be making any difference. It'd been really getting me down and i was seriously thinking about selling her, but today... was great!

I went for two runs in the glorious sunshine (which may have only totalled just over an hour) and it was 90% pain free and just felt amazing. I feel like (and hope!!!) i've had a breakthrough and life feels pretty great today.

Just felt the need to share that

If you keep making a habit of it it should hopefully build up the muscles in your back again so you'll have more pain free riding! Consider a back support bandage thing too..

Well done you ! Bet your smile was huge.

I hope your back gets some more strength in it as time goes on so that you can enjoy the bike more and more. Don't give up. I have a similar shoulder problem, can only ride for an hour at a time but the more i ride the longer I seem to go so my muscles are either getting used to it or getting stronger.

happy riding
