TL1000S, Anyone own/ridden one?
I quite fancy a "Widow-maker", I've always liked them, just wondered what they're like really!?!?

i had an original full power looney tls..was a great bike, loads of stomp..very comfy just the usual niggles..water pump impellor is a known weakspot( replaced mine 3 times) and keep and eye on the rear damper box..apart from that i miss mine..great bike!!...

Cagiva Raptor. TLS engine, far superior handling.
Less blamanche looking too.

Strong engine, poor suspension... about sums it up.
Dizzy, did you know that the Raptor is a detuned one? About the same power as the SV1000's... that is about 108bhp at the wheel. Last edited by ThEGr33k; 21-06-09 at 08:36 PM. |

had an sv1000 and didnt like it prefered my 650.
