not officially no. they've called off the search for bodies now, but continuing the search for the black box, which will emit (or transmit?) a signal for up to 30 days after an accident. Which has to be getting close to now i should imagine

If you read the BBC News article the safety regulators had concerns about the airline's maintenance and they haven't flown in the EU since they were asked about it when one of their flights landed in France. I believe they were due for a chat with the EU safety people in order to establish just how bad things were. (Read maybe they were on their way to be black listed).

This year hasnīt really been good for planes, there have been quite a few since the american pilot managed to save his plane.

I have them as my alarm clock every morning, I live right next to George Best airport, I'm just hoping they never lose an engine on takeoff.
