Default Wheel Weights

Hi
Just noticed that my wheel balancing weights have dissapeared.
There is still the sticky pad thing there but no weight
Should i take the wheel back to the place where i got it from for re balancing or not bother
Only just got the tyre about 1k miles ago
What ya reckon?

I'd take it and get it checked just for peace of mind myself

Jerry, are you sure that they didn't remove them when you had a new tyre fitted and placed some elsewhere....

Or removed completely

Some tyres just happen to be balanced without the need for weights

The guy did clean the wheel when he put it on but to be honest i cannot remember if there were any weights or not.
does not seem to be affecting the rear wheel
i will keep it going and see what happens

I might as well have a blast this afternoon then

OK guys, now youve got me worried!! Forgive me for being a newbie (and a girlie) but ive never heard of wheel weights before, however i do have sticky pads on my rear wheel where there obviously used to be something attached that isnt there any longer. Is this something i need to act upon or worry about?? Ive just checked and the front has 20g on but the back just has the remains of a sticky pad. Sorry for being a bit ignorant but we all have to learn somehow and this forum is rapidly becoming my oracle!!
