Ordered something from China, a company I've used before quite a lot but finally customs have caught this package and it's 'awaiting customs inspection'.
Anyone know what charges I can expect? The value of the item is about £200 GBP. Cheers, Dan |

I'd budget an additional 33% on top of what your credit card was charged...
Somewhere in there you'll have 15% VAT Import duty varies depending on the type of goods You'll also get the "Handling Charge" of ~£13 from Parcelfarce

It's not too bad I guess, I've been buying left right and centre from this place and this is the 1st time I've been collared. They always de-value the invoice by about 60% should the customs people get their mits on it.

It's more like 22% + a fee of £6 - £10 from the courier for sorting it all out.
