Curvy SV - what's it worth?
Hi guys,
I'm considering selling my SV, and wondered if anyone can give me a clue as to how much I can expect to get for it. It's a '99 faired curvy in yellow (the best colour!). Done about 24k miles. It's a little cosmetically challenged. I've ridden it all year round so the finish has suffered a bit. It also has a few cracks, scrapes, and scratches on the fairings. Mechanically it's sound, but it's probably due a good service. It's fairly standard but has racetech emulators in the forks and an aftermarket end can. Also got the 33bhp washes (not fitted). I've got some cheese in the fridge if you'll take that!!
I think about a grand is about right if its only fairing damage you have. Most important thing should be a bike thats running right with no rust imho. Cant you sort of buff the scrapes out or something? |

 Id, say the 1kish mark as well or look on bike trader see what similar ones are up at, thats what i normally do. |
