Hi, we have been looking at some of the products on their website and were wondering if they have a shop we can visit or if its only mail order. Anyone know? Thanks x

be aware that although a lot of their products are absolutely superb, their customer service stinks.

Personal experience, felt by many in the past on here. Although some have never had an issue with them.

I waited an absolute age for a DBscreen from them(sure it was that, but then I spend several hundred pounds in one go with them) I decide to cancel, and then it turns up the week after. They swear they didn't get an email until I sent them a copy. I don't think they were happy, as they didn't want to refund me, I sent the damn thing back with the courier that came to the door... but it was tough! It wasn't as if I'd ordered just one thing off them, or anything cheap for that matter.

They are not the cheapest. A lot of their stuff can be had elsewhere for less dosh. Or that used to be the case anyway.

I visited their place in Lincoln a few years ago. Give them a ring and ask if its still open 01522 871600
