I have my youtube set to "UK" anywhoo just to keep up with the .org so can see anything there. However the all knowing BBC and a few other places can tell my IP addy is from the US and block me from watching vids. Back on topic: Hmmm.....That's a bit much for me. I'd probably wreck just looking at the sign! What the....  But I suppose if it really works... BTW.. Be careful driving over there!
