Default My Adventures at Rockingham

Pictures courtesy of my mate Steve who struggled to find a decent place to shoot from, so these are all at the hairpin and shooting through the wire fence. Also taken in the AM while I was still struggling to come to terms with hanging off rather than foot-out supermoto style (should have given that a go actually just to see the reactions!).

By the afternoon I was getting the knee down (and a bit of boot), but really felt like I need some tank grip so I'm not using the bars to prop myself up. I'm tall (about 6'4") and looking at the pics it seems I'm a ways off from being able to lock my knee into the side of the tank.

I love Rockingham....Some people say it's boring but I always enjoy myself out there.

Looking good although it does seem as if the supermoto leg out would be in keeping with the look of the bike

You should have come for the day then!

You know I bought it as an "S", but figured I'd build it close to my KTM so it wasn't a big change going back and forth between bikes (Renthal-type bars to clip-ons). The KTM has been nicked now, so no longer an issue, but I do really like the changes I've made - everything seems faster naked (so to speak).
