Default Installing Hagon Progressive Fork Springs

Quick note for anyone who's installed Hagon Progressive Springs to their SV (or any bike perhaps). The instructions provided are incorrect, the instructions advise to leave approximately a 30mm airgap between the top of the fork and the fluid level - I contacted them as they did not make it clear whether this is with or without the springs installed. They've informed me that the actual airgap for my pointy is 95mm. This is specified on the end of the box. Can't say I noticed this upon opening the box.

HTH

P.S Could anyone let me know the socket size of the fork caps for a pointy?

My Hagons arrived yesterday. Only problem was that they sent me curvey ones. Hopefully the correct ones will arrive tomorrow. I think my biggest problem will be getting the stainless steel front mudguard screws out, they're solid. I think the fork caps take a 24mm socket. I think you need a 12mm allen key for the spindle as well.

I had prog springs in mine, should have gotten straight-rate springs, what you'll find is, it's soft at low speeds, and really hard over bumps.

Yep it's 24mm, had hagons before drag you're right but you get used to it and they're a million times better that standard I also have adjustable preload which helps.
