Look what I just did!
 Victoria Sponge cake using this recipe except I whacked a load of chocolate chips in the mix before I cooked it and ditched the jam from the filling. It says to use 500ml of cream for the middle but I used about half on this one and it still looks too much.. GruntyGiggles, graciepants, and the rest of the chefs, please tell me if I've fecked up on the filling
