How do you react when getting a tattoo?

A couple of days ago I had a conversation with a mate regarding tattoos and how people react whilst having them. I have seen people who turn white then throw up, pass out, run ( which was hilarious ), but for the most they just grin and bear it. For me I just don't seem to react other than after half hour sitting there I tend to fall asleep ( even when I was getting my spine area tattooed ). So mighty orgers how did you react when you got your tattoo and do you have any funny stories to tell.

I have a mate you owns his own Tattoo parlour. Whenever he gets someone he knows into the Tattoo parlour it depends on whether he likes them or not as to their reaction.

If it's someone he doesn't like he can tattoo them in such a way he can make them either turn white, throw up or pass out.

On the other hand if he likes them he can make it a relatively pleasant experience.

Always makes me laugh when he has someone we both don't like and he tells me how they reacted. It makes me laugh even more when I speak to the said person who claims it was painless and that they enjoyed it

Well I didn't fall asleep, but its not a traunatic experience.

What was especially nice with my 1st one is that it was a rather cute girl doing the work

On my first one I went a bit white (despite it being rather small) but on all the others I have found sucking a wurthers sweet stops that. Weirdest one was when I had my thigh done the muscle kept twitching

nearly fainted getting first one. was ok with the subsequent 3. dont particularly enjoy getting tattood but still planning next one

I've got three but the only one I found particularly sore was the one on my belly which made me cramp my foot....but apart from that...I just sit and let them get on with it and really react in anyway...

Only have the one on my upper right arm, took 3 hours to do, was a bit sore at first but after a while I got a bit sleepy tbh, want to get another one done eventually, just trying to decide what at the minute
