Default Just emailed the Managing Director of Moto Guzzi UK.

...to complain about refusal of warranty. They won’t replace the corroded ECU on my 17 month old Griso.

I had a bit of a rant at Tony Campbell (MD of Piaggio Group UK) and copied in 15 biking and motoring trade publications for good measure.

I feel like Erin Brokovich.

Let’s see how he likes them apples.

Interesting - keep us posted.

Yea! Take it to the man, fight the power, evil corporations doing corporation stuff etc etc

Seems silly they refuse to replace it under warrenty, I mean, its hardly a service item is it?

+1 to keeping this thread on the update Might be worth sending them an actual hard-copy letter. And if its not a trek, delivering it personally

That sucks. Do they have a forum you can use? Why did they refuse it?

Is the corrosion affecting its function, or just its aesthetics?

Are they saying it wasn't looked after properly?

I heard about a manufacturer sending out new bikes with corroded connections.
