Default My New K8

Hi,

Just thought i would say hello as i've been on here for a few weeks and not posted anything yet.

Heres my new K8. I bought it brand new a couple of months back and got a good deal as its the old model. I've done a few mods already including R&G tail tidy, R&G crash bungs, clear indicators, 10mm lower seat (it came with a red seat), rear hugger, tank protector and my favourite a Mivv carbon gp exhaust!

I'm well pleased with the bike and its nearly ran in now so can't wait to give it some more as the exhaust sounds awesome.

I originally wanted an SV when they first came out but opted for a Bandit instead as i could get a good deal on one. The Bandit was always a bit on the heavy side or me and i much prefer the power delivery of SV's V twin.

Cheers Chris.

Thanks for all of your comments.

Yes the bike was very clean on the photo as i had just washed and polished it. Mind you i'm only a fair weather rider so it never gets very dirty anyway lol.

I went for a Mivvv exhaust as it comes as nearly as full system and i didn't fancy cutting the standard system.

Thanks mate. To be honest i've not used it as much i would have liked so far. Family commitments etc.

Yep that would be an idea, will have to do a search for some pics of them fitted. Cheers.

Welcome

That looks sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet

I disagree on the belly pan personaly tbh but a seat cowl instead

But its your bike and you make the decision, hey why not have the best of both worlds and get a pan and a cowl
