Search for posts by MattSV he has one and IIRC he did a little write up of it a while ago.

I've got one, 12 months old 10700 miles it's comfortable and swift if a little softly sprung as standard; I felt that the 955 suspension was better but I've had this tweeked.
I get about 220 miles to a tank and recently rode from Edinburgh to Braintree in a day and was in a fit state to work the following day no aches and pains. The engine is responsive pulls well from relatively low revs through to the red line, max torque is fairly well up the rev range so it pays dividends if you keep it spinning but you can leave it it top and wind off and on. Panniers are like the tardis in reverse, they look large but they have thick walls and a strange shape inside so they don't hold as much as you might think. The seat is fastened on by 2 allen bolts and although it's easy to get off refitting it can be a wide screen epic, I've seen a Triumph technician take 40 minutes to do it and seen it go back on in a couple of minutes. Mine has a Corbin that I moved over from my old machine that uses a key. If you have any specific questions ask away. |

Oh! Really, really want one!
They tick all the boxes for me. When doing my homework on them the only negative comment I had on them was that they're " heavy to push"! Duh! I'm not a wee lassie, I'm sure I'll manage! ![]() |
