Default Has anyone built a shed?

Ok despite having a lot on at the mo im contemplating building a shed for the bike. Now theres 2 things here,

1. ive got a very very small back yard (about the size to fit 3 bikes in max, its on a slope and is uneven)

2. ive never built a shed before.

So any advice?

Employ someone who has built a shed before.

As in put a base down then bought a shed and put it together? Or bought a pile of timber and knocked something up of your own design?

best to start with a level base, lay either a concrete base or use old paving slabs depending on the weight oh the shed, i personally would used a concrete base

Me too. laying a concrete base is pretty easy, probably more so than levelling a wide area of slabs

I has big metal shed with three bikes in it.

Don't buy metal shed. They collect condensation

yep defiantly, i've started scratch building at shed down the side of my house but i keep getting sidetracked by something else, simply fenced off the base area with some old 4x2 i had laying about, then dropped in some concrete and levelled it off. I've treated and run 4x2 battens across the concrete as im putting a floor in but you can just build up off the concrete
