Hey im new to bikes and just bought an 02 naked 650 and had a question for you guys. When you roll on the throttle it doesnt snap back to closed it sticks and slowly closes. How can i fix this? Thanks.

Tank Up, airbox off and you will see the adjusters for the throttle cable on the RHS. Determine which is the return cable when you twist the throttle and then just slacken this off marginally. It won't take a lot. Whilst you are there might be a good idea to grease the cables, they do get dry which could also be causing it to stick.

I would recommend that you lubricate the cables, no real reason to slacken anything if they are properly adjusted already.

Just also check the end of the grip isnt rubbing against the bar-end weight
