Default Pointy Radiator Question

OK please only answer if you have a definitive answer. I dont want a thread full of "I think's"

The rad has gone on Liz's K5 SVS, Is there any difference between Naked and Faired radiators in terms of mountings / brackets etc.

I have a hazy memory of there being a difference something to with upper fairing mounts, but I might be getting confused with the curvey that I had.

Thanks

Fizz

Default Re: Pointy Radiator Question

The only difference is that the (fully) faired model has a bracket coming off of the top bolt that holds the silver side-covers onto the rad. The upper-mid mounting point of the fairing lowers attaches to this bracket.
