Default Adjusting the clock of my SV?

Can't seem to work out how to do this - anyone point me in the right direction?

assuming you mean on your bike?? if its a pointy hold down the two buttons simultaneously and the clock should start flashing.. press the right hand side one (think its the sel button - checked - its actually the ADJ button ) should change the hour. then press the left hand side one (SEL) and woooohooo you have the correct time

I spent most of yesterday not knowing what the time is my phone said one time and my puter said a different one. Its a good thing I didn't get caught rushing to the shop before it got to three o clock
