Blue 2004 SV650 (naked). 23,204 miles. Taxed until 31/07/10. MOT until 28/08/10.

Only selling because I'm moving country (back to the US) and it's just too expensive to move. No problems in the year and a half I've had it.

Seems a steep price you have going there, i have exactly the same bike although it's a k3 it arrived at my door with 19k miles, remus exhaust and the hugger, £1300.

Thats why they all come up here buying our bikes but even for London thats steep.

Well, apparently I don't know how to price a bike in the UK! (No big surprise there.) I was just going by adverts I found online. (Restricted it to the London area for relevance.) This is cheaper than any I was looking at. Some, same year, similar mileage, were over £3k! But, as I said, if anyone's interested, please make an offer!

Part of the problem with selling an SV on here is that most on here have one already or have had one in the past.

That will give you an idea of how many on here will know roughly how much its really worth

Maybe I should change tack then. How would all y'all recommend selling an SV fast? I have about one month before I'm on a single to America!

i.e. I recommend ebay auction (with no reserve) describe it & photo it as best you can. e.g. the photo you have here looks like something has fallen off the bike - so take the chain off to photo it.
And bigger photos to so you can actually see the bike - are you selling the tree as well? if not why is it in the photo?

selling in london is irrelevant a bike/car has a price i,e what its worth the fact its in london doesnt change this if your going to sell it quick it will have to come in under £1500.
