I missed Hovis' rainbow- then this...

well I missed the rainbow at the funeral..

but then a day after I was decorating and needed my screwdriver from upstairs.. could have gone anytime and got it, but I went right then, just at the moment that the sun must have been right and Hovis shining down.. and at the top of the stairs was this..








then yesterday was in Leeds to see my brother and we took his kids the park and this came out ..







and a few days earlier Mandy came in from the shop and said look who I have brought home.. NO ONE ! . I looked and couldnt see anyone. popped head in lounge , nothing- I thought she had got a new invisible friend.. she said no LOOK.. I looked and it didnt twig..I was losing my rag and she wa slaughing.. then she pointed... there on the side was this..>>






so me thinks what with rainbows and yellow and Hovis bread.. he is always gonna be bringing a smile to my face.

we cant get away from him can we

and lets me honest, with the fun he brought into so many peoples lives...as well as the controversy...who'd want to be far from him?

ever get the feeling you're being watched.!! I wishe he would avert his eyes occasionally!

no rainbows here for a while but can't go past the bread aisle without a chuckle.

I found Placebo pure morning after losing it ( we had a debate over what it was called on FB chat one night) always raises a smile

Mike and I saw a lovely rainbow in Conwy yesterday... it seems to be a pattern!

I`ve now started telling Hovis to look away when I`m getting undressed lol.

They were giving loaves of Hovis away in the city centre over the weekend!

On the back of what Dave posted ..... I was in the back of the training car today almost falling asleep, hardly looking what we were driving past and all I know is we went to Wales.

I looked out the window and look what I saw



I had a little smile to myself as I thought of our one and only Breadman

I saw a rainbow this morning on the way to work and I said " Morning Hovis" like it was the most normal thing to do! Am i nuts?!

nope - i do that everytime placebo plays in the car ( got it on random)

Nothing else Matters came on the MP3 at the gym on Sat (didn't know it was there) and it weird first thing i did was think mornig hovis and gave a quick wink upwards. though it was hard to concentrate with that in your ears but i'll admit there were a few tears.

nope.. perfectly sensible.. me n mand do that now . and its crazy but I seen 3 rainbows since the funeral and cant recall before it the last time I saw one.. ..

I can remember having a conversation with Hovis about women and flowers (and in particular roses). Yesterday afternoon I was sat at my table and in through the window blew 3 white rose petals. Yes it was a bit windy but I don`t have any roses in my front or back gardens... i looked over the wall to my neighbours garden on both sides and they don`t have any roses either!
