Hiya all
![]() Only a quuickie, but on removing the tank would you have to drain all the fuel out? Just unsure about whether the petrol would just start flowing everywhere after the vaccuum's been disconnected. I was looking to do it when the 1.5l warning comes up on the gauges, not when the tank is full! Cheers everyone ![]() |

IIRC no you don't on the SV. They have a vaccum tap so shouldn't free flow, pretty sure anyway.

No problem unless the vacuum tap is broken. Even then you could prop it up with the back of the tank held high, although the fuel would then come out until you lifted the tank clear of the bike.
