Got KO'd last night...

Not the best of Saturdays!..

Went out in Northampton with some mates. Not bad nite, til one of my mates got waaay to licked and thought it would be a plan to start on a group of 6 lads (my mates Indian and claimed they were being racist. Either way, booze + my mate + 6 lads = dangerous combo)

Next thing me and my other mate see is our ****ed mate on the floor being surrounded and kicked by the 6 guys. We both jump in there (not really in with much of a chance with 2 against 6 but better than just our mate against the 6).

We went in hard throwing some blows. Last thing I remember was getting choked from behind. Next thing I remember after that was getting up with blood pouring out my lip. Apparently I was out for a bit. When I woke up it had pretty much died down, cos i think there was a police van in the vicinity.

I think I must have been kicked whilst on the floor, cos have some leg bruises. And it kills to swallow (from the choke i suspect)! My lips a fatty tho and pretty lacerated.

Came home this morning. Told my mum my lips swollen cos I got hit with a frisbee. Then was chatting to my gf on the phone, and my mum eavesdropped, so she found out. Got lectured/bollocked/ blah blah blah.

Lol, my mum finding out is the worst part of the story for me

Just a thought though, theres cctv in town and its probably not a great idea to be shouting about fighting on an open forum

Exactly why decent folk don't bother going into town/city centres at the weekend and why some have become no-go areas.

You seem more ashamed that your mum found out than you are of the incident itself.

Sounds to me like you need to reassess who you go drinking with.

I´d like to think that this was a forum that didn´t like a post bragging about a fight they were in.

As there really doesn´t seem to be anything else of substance in your post this is how it reads.

From my experience, when you wanna fight to ease some frustration or whatever, pick on smaller men or ladies with less friends, gives you a chance.
I know there can be exception to the rule with some fiesty little fookers, but its edging your bets, pick on 10 huge blokes or 10 small blokes, chances are in your favour with the small blokes, but can still be painfull.

My mate decided to start a fight on some big rugby lads in solihull town centre a few years back while we were out on the lash, its not nice
