Default Wet Tyres

Ok i need wets for next season what you all think is the best or at least a good wet tyre, Pirelli, Bridgestone Metzler etc.?
And compounds front vs rear any difference, soft front medium rear or what?
All help appreciated as o know nothing

massive choice out there, front can be soft, rear is upto you, soft will tear up and medium will last but not be as grippy. There's not much between the tyres, it's down to the guy in the saddle when it's inclement weather TBH.

A set of lightly used wets go for pennies on ebay, Especially if single tyres. Last one cost me £1.04! Get a few sets of used ones and give them all a try.
