ride out possably 24th nov?
Ok folks i turn 30 on the 23rd of novmber. and as such i have booked the 24th off work for a mild recovery. However after about 1030am i am thinking it might be nice to go for a run with ny new found maturity and such. So would anyone be up for it? just a small one not a 300 miler or anything?

im having a "non 30th" being really ****ed" off that im turning 30 im doing nothing for it! so a couple of quiet drinks on moday and thats it.
