Number one... wasn't gonna go out for a ride cos the forecast was a bit 50/50... decided to go for a quick one up towards helsmley and sutton bank.

Freezing but quite sunny.. what's the worst that could happen?

LINGERING SNOW ON THE HIGHER GROUND

Then coming down sutton bank (one of the steepest roads in the UK) I decided to park on one of the run offs for a quick photo - there was snow in the gutter all the way down the hill and round the corner, front wheel hit it and the bike nearly went down but managed to catch it with my left foot (good old lefty..)

Then when I got home I emptied the pockets of my textiles when all of a sudden....

ULTIMATE FAIL

anyone else had a ridiculous day?

Ahhh damn it man, unlucky with the card!

You got heated gear? If not then damn that must have stung the hands!

Fail? Why? Chips still intact so its still useable. Either be old skool and get some sellotape on it or if you plan to use it in a cashpoint anytime soon the just superglue it. Sellotape may get tuck in the atm you see.

aye, think I've got some superglue in the kitchen, might give it a go in a bit when I've finished tidying up
