Default Wet Weather Idle

Hello to you all!

I have an SV650 SK1 2001 Model full fairing, it is in great nick only 10k on the clock and I always look after it, I have noticed that in the rain the idel runs lumpy it keeps dropping from 1300 to about 800 then bouncing back up again when I am at a stan still?

only seems to do it in the rain???

Does anyone have any ideas on what it could be?

Cheers Yan the Bubble

On one of my SVs I have a very thin plate (can't remember if its plastic or metal) its hung off the back of the radiator and covers the front cylinder lovely. Defo no problem in three years of having front plug drowning in the rain

The other one has a fender extender. Never had a problem with the front plug on that one drowning in rain either
