UPS non-delivery?

Had 3 notes from ' UPS ' two of which weren't even to my email address.
UPS confirm this is a scam & that the attachment contains a virus. They recommend NOT opening it!

Got one myself yesterday. They are a virus. Sender is Support Jeanne Johnson.

Dear customer!

We failed to deliver your postal package you have sent on the 8th of December in time because the recipient’s address is not correct.
Please print out the invoice copy attached and collect the package at our office.

United Parcel Service of America.

Not just UPS either. I've had quite a few during the last couple of weeks.

Mine were from 3 different names.
Perhaps this should be in ' credit crunch ' thread?
They're all coming out of the woodwork now.

Trouble is, after my experience with UPS, its wholy believeable.

I had this the other day , set my firewall to max , locked everything down then opened it . It had a Trojan and a Vundo and then it also opened some software that said it had found 132 problems with my PC , I cracked down on the lot and quarantined it . Rebooted the PC and did a thorough scan with no problems afterwards , it was a scam designed to make you panic and order some software disguised as official Microsoft products ....... just run a good scanner and you should be fine .
