Yes yes yes, I know there's an old thread (or two) running, but it's over a year old now and people's habits change..

Dragged myself into the 21st century this week and got hold of one of them Xbox thangs. Having a right laugh getting it set up properly but much like Mother Hubbard's cupboard my friends list is somewhat bare...

So who's on XBL these days? Fancy whooping a complete beginner at Forza? I'll try and keep an updated list in the OP as Paul did in the previous thread before it ran away a bit...

Forza 3 started off slow but now I've done a few championships and got into the sportier cars it's much better

Got me a holden V8 aussie touring car recently on forza, jebus krites its a beast to control

(i switch off everything except the ABS assist thing...get more money that way)

I got up to the free GT500 / Maserati yesterday evening, took the GT500 for a wee spin and although going sideways is more fun it's unfortunately a lot slower

ETA: Also, I have the braking markers on, but being green/red colourblind and not having a full HDTV sometimes I miss where they switch to red - apologies to anyone I happen to use as a braking zone should we meet online - at least I've managed to tune the violence level down from "Destruction Derby" to "BTCC 'No Contact' Policy"

Not sure about FPS games on a console, I've played them for so long on the PC I'm entrenched in the keyboard + mouse control system, but we'll see how it goes

I can't aim for shizzle on the xbox. It either moves too slowly or too quickly. I can't get it to move accurately. Apparently you can get a keyboard and mouse for the xbox
