what a waste of a day / court
yesterday i had to get my **** out of bed at 7am to trapes down to liverpool to go to trial for fecknut who hit me with his car on the a34
 got to court had chat with barrister and in we go 3hrs of me stating the obvious and getting cross examined by his barrister and she was having a proper go at me (i know its her job my point is she was very good) ,followed by my barrister talking to him for about 20 mins. now i'll be honest there were a few monemts when i near jumped up and called him lots of expletives  , but alais i keep my composure.after the case finished tbh i was thinking what a joke the legal system is burdens of proof, probabilities of fault, etc etc and the whole plump and cerimony of it but to waste 5hrs of my day, for a pointless excerise of legality, when i could have been tucked up in my bed is a crime in itself imho i honestly dont know why i got out of bed for a measly 4 grand   not to mention the other 6-8 for legal expences he's having to cough up (ed become a barrister mate mine got £185 just for a phone call to me) now back to looking for nice new shiney bikes, something at least worthy of my time  ps is it a compliment if your barrister says he wished he had someone like me in the dock every case and finally i'll get it in first what do you call a paddy in a suit guilty/the accused/the defendant google search: sv1000n
