Default SV 2001 colour code yellow

Hi all, I need to know if anyone has a larger scale of the colours for my K1 650. I've got the lnk below but shows that yellow didnt et used until 2002?!?!??!?! Shows Pearl lively yellow. But see somewhere else theres also Daytona yellow. Front fender and rear side panels are brighter than the tank. Could this be because this was a stolen recovered bike and replaced the tank at some point?

Anyway if anyone knows of the difference between these colours if you can let me know I'd be grateful

lift your tank up and have a look at the colour code on the under side m8, you'll then know for sure what colour your tank is at least.

Y9H pearl lively yellow--nice(defo 2001 as its mine)
Y9F pearl canyon yellow--custard.(dunno what years but its the other one)

the pearls can fade a little over the years, I replaced my fairings last year, and theres a bit of a difference, also after market seat cowls and belly pans can be slightly different in tone(even though right code), when you match them against plastics that have been on the bike for years. I had to leave my pan and cowl in the sun and t cut them a bit to quiten down the newness, and blend them in with my original plastics that have always been on the bike.
