Will this restrictor fit a 2000 GSXR 750?

This srad thing confuses me a bit but yeah I'm

Yours is not an SRAD, yours is Y-K3 model.
SRAD was 96-99, 96-97 carby, 98-99 injected. That looks like a kit for a carbed bike. Search for some posts by me about why the FI international kit for the pointy is crap you will soon see why you do not want to fit those washers to your bike.
