My chair seems to have been stolen yesterday and replaced with one with out arms. The one I am being forced to use at the moment is making me tired and is slowing my work down.

Can I have a new chair please?

He needs the arm rests because he sits at his desk staring into space in a relaxed pose, so without armrests he is unable to do this and thus making him do his work and getting tired. No one has taken his chair for this reason though, prob someone just swapped it around and forgot to put it back.

Im not laughing (a bit) but hees so close to getting sacked anyway for making so many mistakes, slow and not folowing orders.

That is a pretty p***-poor reason for getting tired at work / not getting the work done at work

Is there some sort of mock armrest you could make up, that would fullfill the role of armrest but in a rather inconvinient manner that pretty much takes the p***?

swap it with a 1 legged stool so if he falls asleep he falls off.

my mate had a chair that if you leaned a litle too much to the left hand side....you'd fall flat on your face.

It made FPS interesting, concentrating on getting that headshot AND keeping upright
