Loud Car back boxes
I'm not a car d**k but I quite like the grumble of loud cans
 So I'm thinking of getting one of these for my golf http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/VW-GOLF-MK2-MK...item3caaa4159b It looks easy to bolt on and doesn't seem that expensive. But does anyone know if it will make the car fail the emissions test? |

My Nova had an aftermarket exhaust on it, It went through many MOT's with it fitted. My Golf had a cat back 2" stainless system on it with a pipercross filter on it and that went through many MOT's without failing the emissions test. Based on my experience you'll be fine.

Is this not a 1.4 golf? Just worth bearing in mind everyone will either laugh or mutter as you go past, all will think you're a **** though.
That's expensive too, the baffles have fallen apart in my back box so I'm getting a new one fitted next week. £40 (inc fitting).
