Default Handlebar set up | undertray advice

Please look at post 7 as handlebar bit has been done just need to sort undertray cheers

hey org

i want to change my handlebars but im a bit confused

the idea is to remove the standed bars and replace with

  • Renthal Superbike Ultra Low Bars
  • Renthal Bar End Plugs
  • Renthal Bar Brace
  • Renthal Road Race Grips
will this all fit on a k2 curvey with out pulling wires leads lines? also dose anyone have this set up if you do is it nicer to ride with or not ?

undertray question

i have a pyramid plastics undertray fitted to my bike but at the moment my numberplate and indies are attached with a bit of a bodge job just woundering what tail tide people use on this undertray. i was looking at this but not to sure really http://www.demon-tweeks.co.uk/Motorc...acket/380/2111

cheers nicky s

If you have a naked then the bars and bits will make no difference what so ever.
If its from an S (clipons ) to bars then i dont think the wires will make it that far.

Bars are fine in that case with all the lines and bits.

placed the order for all the handle bar bits also went and got a scorpion street extreme hehe whoooops

now iv just got to sort out my undertray which is a mess. i have no idea were the undertray is from or who it is made by.

all i know is that the black battery tray has been cut up a lot & is a mess, the undertray is then bolted to the black battery tray witch is then held to the bike by two bolts that go into the undertray and into the frame. now this is a mess and its not right at all it is also a mess around the back light.

if i am going to redo this what am i going to need

a battery tray with all bolts and fittings
and a new undertray

i take it that im right in thinking that the black battery tray stays on the bike and the undertray bolts to it some how or dose the battery tray go and you just have an undertray?

please can people upload some pics of there bikes with undertrays and tell me what makes they are and what they had to do to them.

is there a undertray that fits perfectly or do they all have to be cut ??ill uplaod some pics of the mess that i call an undertray :P
