Default You cant beat it.

Riding! I mean.

Specifically getting up this morning, doing my morning routine getting the gear on and setting off. Really loverly sun coming through the new green on the trees (which seems to have appeared over night). Listening to some nice modern strings (think the verve-bittersweet symphony but with a slight baseline).
As I turn onto the main road, a tree lined, 7m wide straight 300yrds long on a slight decent is what faces me an this morning all I could do was smile as I pootled down it.

Aint it good when things are good

Peace out! much love ya'll

I'm sat in the conservatory with a huge mug of coffee. Mrs B is making toast - she still loves me.

I'm blasting thro' emails/work - no appointments this afternoon so I'll have a little bimble.

Don't ya just love summer!

oh its M-way once i pop through the town centre at the bottom of that road (that road has scameras on it too so its a bibmle lane not a drag strip) rest of commute is mway and city centre but if its started with a smile on my face then it makes the rest easier to take
